The package arrived within the estimated time, unfortunately incomplete since it requires fundamental pieces for its installation and the supplier did not take care of it. I also asked for advice on purchasing a padlock which they deceived me by telling me that it would serve the purpose I was looking for and it was not. If they only worry about selling and not advising the client well, it doesn't seem to me that they should act like that just to sell.
